By using our website and ordering from us, you are accepting our terms and conditions.   Please note that no contract exists between us until we have contacted you about your order. All prices are in pounds sterling.  We welcome payment by card - Visa, Mastercard, Maestro or Electron.  We regret that we cannot accept American Express cards.  Payment will not be taken until the goods are being dispatched, and we will only take payment for goods being dispatched on that day.  Unfortunately we cannot accept cheques for retail orders.

We will contact you to confirm stock availability on your order, so please provide a daytime contact number or an email address you will check regularly.

Delivery - Most goods will be sent on a service that requires a signature.  Please specify a delivery address where someone will be available during normal office hours to sign for the parcel.  We aim to prepare your order within one working day of receipt and deliever your goods within the following five working days. However please allow one further week in case of any unforseen delays. We will send your order on a standard 48 hour service. However some of our products are made to order and  this is stated in the description of the goods. Occasionally we may run out of a popular item and again we will contact you if this is the case and there is likely to be a delay. Our standard delivery costs are £4.50 per order.  We regret we are unable to send goods to destinations outside the UK at this rate. However we are happy to quote for delivery to outside the UK.

Returns - Please notify us of any breakages within 7 days of receiving the order, and we will send a replacement.  Unwanted items may be returned in their original packaging, in perfect saleable condition, for a full refund. However we regret that postage costs cannot be refunded unless goods are being returned due to an error on our part. This applies to both outbound and return postage.  Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the order.   Unfortunately we are unable to accept returned earrings and underwear unless faulty. 

Descriptions and Care of Goods - We have taken every care to ensure that pictures and descriptions are representative, but please be aware that most products are hand made and minor variations are inevitable.  This is particularly true for soft furnishings and ceramic goods, even more so for those goods that are recycled as all these pieces are unique.

Privacy Statement - When you place an order, we require your name, address, telephone number, email address and card number, expiry date, start date and issue number (if applicable).  This allows us to process and fulfil your order and  to notify you of the status of your order. If there is any urgent problems we will use the telephone number supplied to contact you. Once your order has been completed we will delete your payment details, but the rest of the information will be kept so we can inform you of offers and new products from Ethos Trading. We will not pass your details on to any other companies.
